Position : Area Operation

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible to organize all sales & marketing activities in every stores, manage staff and third party sales forces within his/her area to achieve the agreed target.

Main tasks and job description:
Leading &a managing stores to promote our products to customers.

1. Building close relationships witk opinion leaders/key customers within his/her respective area
2. Managing third party sales force in promoting & selling our products
3. Formulating and propose below the line promotion within his/her respective area

Requirements

1. Female / male, max 33 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma III majoring, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
3. At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (experience in operational stores would be an advantage).
4. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
5. Fluent in spoken and written English
6. Good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, communicative
7. Having experience in manage people and stores
8. Can work under pressure and has a big enthusiasm with retail industry
9. 1 Full-Time position available
10. Location : Surabaya
