Position : Area Operations Manager – Central Region

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure all operations run well, maintain data of inbound and outbound, inventory accuracy, delivery lead time, security and safety in daily operation of Warehouse and Distribution.
• Responsible for managing daily operation of Warehouse and Distribution in Central Area, notably Cikarang, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Cirebon
• Resposible for Cost Control on Warehouse and Distribution operation
• Maintain KPI to meet Customer Expectation
• Ensure all activity reports sent in timely manner

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Degree in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
• At least 5 years of working experience in Warehouse Operations in Electronics or in logistics environment
• Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain/Electronics or equivalent, with operations management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and negotiation skills
• Resourceful and result-oriented
• Good command of English both oral and written
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power point)
• Determined, energetic and self-motivated
• Office location : Cibitung, Bekasi
