Responsibilities
- Provide a complete shopping experience for our customers, involving deep product knowledge and excellent service & ensure the correctness of the specific brand merchandise in the dedicated shelves.
Broad Responsibilities:
- Your primary responsibility is Customer Service
- Work to make customers, not just sales, and learn to sell by satisfying customer needs
- Greet customers promptly and courtesously as they enter the store
- Direct costomers throughout the store or to the specific area the customer request
- Whenever possible find out the specific need of each person that enters the store
- Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude and cooperate with and support other team members
- Understad the Dufry Retail Philosphy and the spirit of the returns policy
- Give accurate and current information beore customer leave
Merchandising and Maintenance:
- Check stock daily to ensure that all specific products are adequately stocked and available for cusotmers
- Ensure that all merhandise (of particular brand) is diplayed nicely and orderly and featured merchandise prominently displayed in each section
- Help the supplier by suggesting alternative locations/display for porducts
- Maintain a clean and well-organized back-stock as well as employee break area
- Update your knowledge of newly intrudoced products
- Ensure brand promotions are properly set up and performed, Be Informed by Assortment Manager on the actual & future promotions.
Operations:
- Practice security measures that help prevent theft, understand the procedures for handling shopfilters and practice safety consciousness at all times.
- Collaborate in full inventory counting with DUFRY team
Training and Employee Development:
- Set and chieve goals during each review period
- Take advantage of the training opportunities that are offered either by the Supplier of by DUFRY
Requirements
- Experience with specific brand/brand specialist.
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience of shop work experience
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ngurah Rai International Airport.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- 50 Full-Time position(s) available.
